Who we are
Pacific Strategies & Assessments (PSA) is a global risk consultancy. We are headquartered in Hong Kong, established in 2000, with a Southeast Asia footprint—our Manila, Philippines office covers multiple markets across the region and supports on-the-ground delivery of investigations and advisory work.
With approximately 25–50 people, PSA is a boutique firm: smaller than major law firms or the Big Four, but highly focused and responsive for clients who need tailored intelligence and field work.
